Ms. Niveen Fahmy

Assalamu Alaikum,

As a homeschooling mother of six, my journey into education began over 18 years ago when I started teaching my own children. Although I hold a Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, my passion gradually shifted toward education and Islamic studies as I discovered the profound impact that nurturing young minds can have on individuals, families, and the broader community.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of working across a variety of educational settings, including homeschooling co-ops, Islamic schools, private tutoring, and public schools. These diverse experiences have enriched my teaching approach and strengthened my commitment to student-centered learning.

My passion for Islamic studies is reflected in my own lifelong learning journey. Alhamdulillah, I have completed the memorization of the entire Qur'an while studying its tafsir and tajweed. This experience has deepened my appreciation for the beauty and guidance of Allah’s words and continues to shape both my personal growth and my teaching.

I am passionate about helping raise the next generation of the Ummah by making the study of Islam active, meaningful, and engaging. My goal is to create learning experiences that are fun, hands-on, and rooted in a love for Allah and His deen, inspiring students to connect their faith to their daily lives.

Beyond teaching, I consider myself a lifelong student of knowledge. Whether studying Islamic sciences or exploring topics related to personal growth and life, I am always enrolled in some form of learning. Continuous growth is both a passion and a hobby of mine, and you will often find me in a classroom, a study circle, or immersed in a new book.

In my free time, I enjoy reading—often juggling several books at once—writing, taking nature walks, and spending quality time with my family.
