Ibn Sina Islamic Academy (ISIA), a private, non-profit, and tax-exempt educational organization, is delighted to open its doors on the shared campus of the Islamic Center of Triad (ICT). Located at 1203 Frances Daily Ct., Colfax, NC 27235, this modern Islamic school is committed to providing a nurturing and enriching environment for young learners.
Our academy currently offers classroom facilities tailored for students from Kindergarten through 8th grade, ensuring that every aspect of our infrastructure meets the needs of these early grade levels. Just behind the school building, a spacious playground provides a perfect setting for students to engage in recreational activities and enjoy their school day to the fullest.

As part of our long-term vision, we are excited to announce plans for a major expansion of Ibn Sina Islamic Academy. Construction will soon begin on a new four-story educational facility located directly behind our current school building. This modern addition will feature 32 classrooms, a gymnasium and multipurpose room, and dedicated spaces for elementary, middle, and high school students, each with separate entrances for added safety and organization. The fully secure building will offer over 31,000 square feet of learning space, allowing us to accommodate our growing student body and enhance the educational experience. With an estimated cost of $4.5 million, we have already raised $1.5 million, Alhamdulillah. This expansion reflects our commitment to excellence in both academic and Islamic education and marks an important milestone in serving our community’s future generations.
