The Dean of Students will work closely with the Principal, teachers, students, and families to support student behavior, attendance, character development, and academic success. This role also includes assisting teachers with classroom management, student interventions, parent communication, and maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree required (Education, Educational Leadership, Early Childhood Education, or Elementary Education preferred).
- Experience working in a school setting, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of school operations, student support, and staff collaboration.
- Knowledge of Islamic values and practices (preferred).
- Fluency in Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking) is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to support students, teachers, and families.
- Excellent organizational skills, professionalism, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and personal growth.
Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in promoting a safe, respectful, and positive school culture that supports student success and reflects Islamic values.
- Support student discipline, attendance, behavior management, character development, and conflict resolution.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, teachers, and staff while serving as a liaison between home and school.
- Assist teachers with classroom management, student interventions, behavior support, and parent communication.
- Monitor student conduct and attendance, maintain appropriate records, and follow up on student concerns as needed.
- Supervise students during school hours, including arrival, dismissal, lunch, recess, and school events.
- Support school operations, activities, programs, and events to ensure a well-organized learning environment.
- Collaborate with the Principal and staff to implement school policies, improve school culture, and promote student achievement.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a commitment to the mission and values of Ibn Sina Islamic Academy.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal to support the overall success of the school.
